Birmingham Office H. Kenneth Holcomb, MAI is President and a founding principal of Commercial Valuation Services, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate field, he has been involved in brokerage, consulting and valuation analysis. Graduating from Birmingham-Southern College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Kenneth entered the appraisal field with Pugh Realty Company. He joined the firm of Hearn Company as an appraiser and analyst in September, 1983. Kenneth became associated with O. Lonnie Tidwell, MAI, SRA, CRE of Tidwell Associates in September, 1990, and has been a principal of Commercial Valuation Services, Inc. since October, 1991. He holds the prestigious MAI designation by the Appraisal Institute, and is a State Certified General Real Property Appraiser in the State of Alabama. Additionally, Kenneth holds an inactive real estate broker license in Alabama. He has appeared as an expert witness in Alabama Circuit Court, Federal Bankruptcy Court, and has served as a commissioner for the Jefferson County Probate Court. Professional Qualifications of H.
